What Is Your Definition of Success?
Wallace Wattles, the author of the essay, “How to Get What You Want?” says, “Getting what you want is success; and success is an effect, coming from the application of a cause. Success is essentially the same in all cases; the difference is in the things the successful people want, but not in success…therefore, since success is the same in all cases, the cause of success must be the same in all cases.”
All success, regardless of the details, is the same. Success is caused by an understanding and correct application of the immutable laws that govern our results.
All of us at one time or another, believe that we are successful when… when we have money in the bank account, when we have the house or the car or the job, when that thorny relationship is worked out, when…
Wattles is telling us that success is not dependent on outside conditions, rather success is dependent on your relationship with this Infinite Intelligence and your understanding and application of the immutable laws that govern our results.
The Truth is, success starts when we understand that we are incredibly powerful, creative beings, that there is an energy field that is responsive to our thinking and as we intentionally imagine images that reflect what we love, and act on those images, we create what we want. The more we work to deepen our understanding and persistent application of these laws, the more success in all areas of our lives we create.
What is your definition of success and how willing are you to learn these immutable laws in order to create success? That is where the real power of success lies.
Share how you see the Law at work in your life as you build your success.
