There Are Jobs and There Are Vocations

There Are Jobs and There Are Vocations

Are you following your true vocation?

I’m going to share a personal story about vocation.

At one point my vocation and my income were the two areas that were real sticking points for me. There was one particular initiative where I just poured my heart and soul into it. I just gave it everything that I was worth. And I was thinking that this was going to be the thing to break the energy free. Well, it didn’t. It fell flat. It wasn’t bad. It was good. Kind of like my life was just “good enough.”

But I was tired of good enough being good enough.

That’s when I made a decision and the kind of decision that you don’t back up from. And as a result of that decision, I truly have discovered a paint by numbers, spiritual success system that has allowed me to fundamentally transform my vocation and my life.

I now have work that allows me to live my life’s purpose and brings me so much joy.

This is what I want for you as well. Here’s what I know, you have such richness and brilliance to share and you are meant to do it in a way that just lights you up!

So, in regards to your vocation, consider the following questions:

  • How satisfied are you with your work? Do you love your work?
  • Are you challenged by your work in a way that it demands you to grow and is fun?
  • Do you love the amount you are working?
  • Does your work contribute to the well-being of others?
  • Do you want to grow your impact and influence?
