I call this the “When-Then” syndrome.
This does not mean that you are not facing some facts and some of those facts may seem challenging.
Here are some things to know. You actually can choose to stop the worry and instead choose gratitude and an awareness that everything you need is right here where you are.
The reality is, worrying actually compounds the difficulties. You literally free your ability to think creatively and entertain new, innovated ideas.
When you worry, you don’t have access to your creativity, your intelligence, courage and boldness, all ingredients that are necessary to transform any situation.
