Easter and Passover

Happy Holy Days!

This is a profound time of year where two major spiritual traditions intersect with powerful celebrations of death, promise, rebirth and resurrection.

From the Jewish tradition, we have the gift of Passover. It is a celebration of freedom and the beginning of the journey to the Promised Land. Moses accepted the task of leading the Jewish nation out of the bondage of slavery, through the difficult journey of transition and delivered them to the doorstep of the Promised Land.

In the Christian tradition, this week marks the betrayal, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. He demonstrated the power of Love and Life’s ability to overcome anything even death. He came to show a different way, one of radical love and the way to unleash our innate, indescribable power to co-create with the Life Force energy Itself.

The even more amazing piece of this is how it is all happening for us as we re-emerge from a year of extreme challenge and deep transformation for so many.  We are each individually and together collectively in our own rebirth and resurrection process.

Each one of these examples encourages us to examine what it all means for us. What do we now bring forward out of the challenges and difficulties?

Here’s what I know about you. You are this amazing being with such an amazing level of resilience and commitment for the growth in whatever life brings you. This past year, you were so willing to be with the challenges in a way that revealed so much to you and about you.

We are now in the stage to harvest all of that powerful learning and create a new normal. We are in this amazing stage of rebirth and resurrection.

So, here’s my question for you. “What is your new birth? What is your new you? What is your new normal?

This is such a perfect time to pause and get really clear about what you want to create going forward. What habits have you established this last year that you want to continue? What new creations and ideas and inventions are longing to express through you? What new expression of Love is yours to share?

As you join the millions around the world during this week of deep reflection, release and celebration, take the time to listen deeply to your own voice of inspired insight. Know that Love is speaking to you through your own longings, desires and your new normal. As you listen and allow the new you to be reborn, you receive the promise of a life of fulfillment and deliver on your ancient promise of deep contribution wrapped in love and joy.
