Celebrate The Magic!

I love this time of year. 

As a kid, I used to love singing the carols at Midnight Mass, looking down at my new black, patent leather shoes and watching the sky for Santa.  

This is the season of hope, renewal and possibilities. It is that time of year where you believe that anything really is possible. 

If you knew that anything truly is possible, what would you imagine for yourself?

Put yourself back in the mind of the child so many years ago when you knew Santa was real and nothing was out of reach. What would you let yourself play with in the playground of your imagination?

It is such a powerful exercise to imagine new possibilities for yourself.

During this season of gifts, let’s celebrate that we all have this amazing gift called our imagination. We are the only species on the planet where we can actually choose to see something different in our imaginations. We can literally create out of nothing. 

Stop and ponder the gift you have been given..

Then honor the giver of the gift by letting yourself play with new, bold possibilities. If you knew you could not fail, what would you love to create for yourself?

See those images in your mind.

Realize that as you do, you are receiving your most precious gift from Divine Essence. This image that you see is God’s gift to you. It is the way that the Divine wants to express even more good through you and for you.

But, you have to be willing to see it.

This holiday season, as we celebrate hope and possibilities, let yourself imagine a life that just takes your breath away. See it! Play in it! BE it! 

And give thanks to the power that brought this gift of a new possibility to you. 

Your dream is God’s gift to you. You accepting that gift by living it is your gift to God.
