1/28/15 – Weekly Words of Wealth – Small Adjustment
Today, during my workout with my trainer, I was really surprised by the difference a slight shift in the positioning of my legs made when doing a squat in the effectiveness of that exercise. I stood stronger and better able to lift a heavier weight which then translates into better results.
What if a small, simple adjustment in the way you did something really made a huge difference in your effectiveness and results? Ask yourself what that small shift might be. Once you get your answer, I encourage you to then be about the business of turning that shift into your new normal way of doing things. As a result of that small change, watch your results just skyrocket!
