I have a question for you. What is one loving act you can do for yourself today? As you live your dream life, you learn to treat yourself with love and respect by feeding your body nurturing foods and your mind with loving thoughts and feelings. You do things like getting plenty of rest and plenty of exercise. In short, you treat yourself the way that you treat your dearest friend. You realize that the way you treat you and your body reflects the way you treat the rest of your life. As you live the life you love, you learn to treat your whole being with deep love, appreciation and respect.
This week, be the person who deeply respects yourself and life. Be intentional about how you treat you, your body and your whole being and watch how this then translates into living your dream life.
