1/15/14 – Weekly Words of Wealth – Wallace Wattles
Wallace Wattles, in his book, The Science of Getting Rich tells us to not, “cast about seeking some new thing to do, or some strange, unusual, or remarkable action to perform as a first step toward getting rich. (You fill in the blank here with anything that you desire.) It is probable that your actions, at least for some time to come, will be those you have been performing for some time past; but you are to begin to now perform these actions in the Certain Way, which will surely make you rich.”
I love this. Often as people are on fire with a new possibility, they think that they have to do some new and outrageous to jump start their dream. Wattles tells us that this is not the case, in fact, it is the complete opposite.
Later he says to start where you are doing the things you are already doing in a new Certain Way. What does it mean to do things in a Certain Way? It means you bring your next version of your best self to the task. This is what it means to come from your dream and your new, more aware you. As you do, you will hear the new more expanded ideas that will propel you forward even more while amplifying and accelerating your desired results.
This week, look around and see the places you can turn the volume on the value you bring to your current situation. Where can you fill the space up even more with your best self? As you bring even more of you to your current situation, watch as your results begin to form into the kind of results that make your heart sing!
