This week, we delve deep into Hill’s second step of his self-confidence formula as outlined in his classic work Think and Grow Rich.
We have dedicated 6-weeks to learning and studying this formula as a tool to help shift our perception of ourselves and what we think is possible.
I encourage you to meditate on this step, repeat it, memorize it, own it!
Hill says, “I realize that the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality; therefore; I will concentrate my thoughts 30 minutes daily upon the task of thinking of the person I intent to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.”
This week, as you work with your vision, image the person who lives that life.
Who are you three years from now as the man or woman living your dream life? Imaginally see yourself as this man or woman.
What kind of conversations does that woman have?
What kind of decisions does that man make?
See this in your mind’s eye and spend time rehearsing these images until they become natural to you.
Then note what happens in the world around you as you continue to take action toward your dream.
Here’s to a more confident you!
