How prepared are you to receive your dream?
How prepared are you to receive your dream? If your full dream showed up today, are you prepared for it and if not, what do you need to do to make yourself ready to receive your good?
Wallace Wattles, in his classic book, The Science of Getting Rich tells us, “You must so arrange your own business affairs that you may be able to receive it when it comes to you.”
He goes on, “Your thought makes all things, animate and inanimate, work to bring you what you want; but your personal activity must be such that you can rightly receive what you want when it reaches you.”
I know when we brought Daisy, our dog, home from the rescue agency for the first time, we had things in place. We had an enclosed area where she slept. I put a t-shirt I wore in her bed so she could get use to my scent and not feel so alone. We had dog food ready to go and a bowl with water. We didn’t just bring her home and throw her in the backyard to fend for herself. We prepared for her so she would be welcomed.
It is no different with your dream.
There are things for you to do to prepare for your dream in order to receive the gifts and good it brings.
So, ask yourself, “What do I need to do to receive my good? Do I need to open a bank account, put certain systems in place, have spaces on my calendar that shows my dream activities or buy dog food?”
Imagine what a day in your dream looks like. What things do you see in place that support your dream? Make a list of those things then get busy doing what you can with what you have where you are to be ready to receive your dream.
As you do, you send a signal to the Universe that you are serious about your dream. It is your way to indicate that you expect your dream to come to fruition.
Then open your arms wide and give thanks as your good comes pouring towards you.
