Clients often ask me what they can do to increase their confidence. In this video, I share some really simple tips to immediately increase your confidence.
The one simple action you can take is to strike a power pose. Dr. Amy Cuddy from Harvard Business School conducted research showing how doing a simple power pose for two minutes actually changes your biology. She found that 86% of participants were willing to take more risks after their two minute power pose stance.
